It has 120 m2 of living area, two bedrooms with double beds, one-bedroom with 2 single beds, hall, two bathrooms (1 is en-suite), spacious living room with dining area, a bottom terrace with big dining table overlooking the ocean and mountains and a big top terrace with sunbeds. The accommodation is equipped with barbecue, iron, hair dryer 1 TV with several international channels, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, capsule coffee machine and kettle.
Communal heated swimming pool and garage parking are available for our guests.
The complex is situated in a family-friendly neighbourhood. This whole area is a high-quality exclusive resort, and the beach itself is just wonderful with a large walking area along the ocean with a number of stylish restaurants and cafes. A 10-minute walk from the complex there are two large shopping centres, Plaza del Duque and Corner, with boutiques for every taste and cafes. The cleanliness of the apartment wasn't brilliant dusty in places and tiled floors not brilliantly clean. The main light in the bathroom needed a new bulb as did the light in the second bedroom.

1. Mesh on the windows would help to circulate a breeze minus the flies. Especially in the night.
2. The ensuite bathroom needs a windowventilation fan so that after a shower it can clear quickly.
